At Krimilo, we strive to offer you a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. To ensure fairness and sustainability, we have outlined clear guidelines for exchanges and returns below. Please read them carefully before placing your order.


🚫No Money Refund Policy

Please note, we do not offer refunds in cash or to the original payment method. Refunds are issued only in the form of Gift Card that can be used for future purchases.

🎁Sale Orders & Discount Codes
• Products purchased during a sale are not eligible for return.
• Only size exchange is allowed for sale items, subject to stock availability.
• Gift cards and coupon codes can be applied during sales.
Rs 200 is applied for exchange for products purchased in sale
Please order accordingly.

😔Failed Pickup Policy

We work with trusted shipping partners, but sometimes pickups may fail due to courier or delivery boy issues. In such cases, we kindly request you to self-ship the product back to our warehouse.
To appreciate your time and effort:

💕For exchanges - We’ll compensate you with ₹100 towards your shipping cost

🥲For Returns → Only ₹100 will be deducted (instead of 129)

🔄Size Exchange Policy

Exchange Window:
✔️ Requests must be placed within 3 days of delivery.
Eligibility:
✔️Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
✔️Products with stains, damage, or signs of wear are not eligible unless received in that condition.

Valid Reasons for Exchange:
✅ Wrong size
✅Wrong item received

✅Manufacturing defect
Non-Exchangeable Items:
🚫 Inner wear, swimwear, accessories (for hygiene reasons)
 Customised or personalised items

Exchange Charges:

a nominal ₹100 fee is applicable for reverse shipping of all size exchanges.

If you request a second time exchange for the same product, an additional ₹250 charge will apply.

Second-time returns are not allowed.

Process:

Submit your request via our website

Once approved, pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, we request you to self-ship the item.

Upon receiving and verifying the product, your exchange will be processed.

Entire process may take 10-12 working days

Updates will be sent to your registered email.


👗Stock Availability:

• Exchanges depend on stock. If unavailable, you'll receive Gift Card or the option to choose another item.

📮Important:

You cannot exchange a product for a different product directly.
Instead, choose the return option, wait for the Gift Card, and place a new order using that Gift Card.

If pickup service is not available at your pin code, we kindly request you to self-ship the product to our warehouse. The return address will be shared once your request is approved.

  • Return Policy (For Apparel only)
    Requests must be placed within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Inner wear, accessories, or customised products.

Return Charges:

• A 129 deduction will apply for reverse shipping.

Refund Method:

• Refunds are issued as Gift Card after QC (quality check) is complete at our warehouse.

Gift Card Terms:

• Valid for 180 days from issue date.

• Coupon codes and Gift Card cannot be combined in one order.


• Exchange/return is not allowed on orders made using Gift Cards.


🚫Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances due to our no refund policy.
